Demonstration on morning of Vernon Dahmer's funeral, January 15, 1966, Hattiesburg (Miss.). March commenced and ended at St. James Christian Methodist Episcopal Church on corner of East 7th and Atlanta streets. Shown on steps: J. C. Fairley, Forrest County NAACP president left of flag bearer with glasses and Charles Evers, state NAACP field secretary, right of flag.
