Web site containing a lesson plan for using seven editorial cartoons to teach about the United States Civil Rights movement. The plans, written to meet Ohio Content Standards for High School students, include lesson objectives and instructional steps. A one-page worksheet is available to download.

Grade range: 9-12.

The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
