Web site providing a teaching guide companion to a documentary about the Civil Rights movement in New Orleans, Louisiana covering the years 1950 to 1965. The teaching guide is divided into six units; each unit includes lecture notes and lists of terms and questions. There is also a final exam with both a teacher and a copy and information on obtaining the documentary.

The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
