DeLaine, Sr.'s February 5, 1948 letter regarding the deposit of funds from the Clarendon County NAACP into the NAACP Defense Fund, the filing of bus transportation suit, Pearson v. County Board of Education (1948) and a February 27, 1948 meeting between Clarendon County School Board and African American attorney Harold Boulware. The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata. |
