Elliott. "The South Carolina NAACP Executive Committee Presenting Awards to of Merrit to Plaintiffs and outstanding workers who were responsible for the Clarendon County School Segregation Case whose first mass Petition was signed Nov. 11, 1949 and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing was May 28, 1951.
