Announces: "We charge the United States government with a policy of overt and covert killing of non-white people in this country and throughout the world."

Calls for: "[Four] rights for all people: 1. Right to life (ending all military operations against people: murder). 2. Right of black, brown, red, yellow and white men and women to land and tools (to fight economic slavery). 3. Right of women to an economic base independent of their sexual relationships (to end prostitution). 4. Right of children to have access to all biological and technical information and education (to end child slavery)."

Note on date: 1970 is penciled on document.
