Anderson, William G., 1927-

Biography:

Albany, Georgia osteopath, civil rights leader, and member of Criterion Club, Anderson was invited to serve in an adjunct capacity on Albany's citizen's advisory committee. He was elected president of Albany Movement. He was jailed December 16, 1961 with Martin Luther King and Abernathy and bailed out of jail December 18, 1961.
