Kheel, Theodore Woodrow
Biography:
Theodore Woodrow Kheel was born May 9, 1914. He attended Cornell University where he graduated in 1935, and again in 1937 with a degree in law. In 1959 Kheel served as president of the National Urban League, and later in 1962 co-founded the Gandhi Society for Human Rights. Kheel continues to work as a lawyer, environmentalist and professional arbitrator.
