Lindsey, Milton

Biography:

A white Argenta patrolman attacked for blocking a group of black people from entering a funeral home. On the evening of October 6, 1906, John B. Lindsey, a farmer, and Milton Lindsey, his son, were ambushed as they walked in front of the Colum establishment. The elder Lindsey died from eleven gunshot wounds, and the younger suffered injuries.
