Rush, Heath Cliff, 1940-
Biography:
Born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 12, 1940, Heath Cliff Rush was a student at Central State College when he was arrested for his participation in the Freedom Rides. As part of the Freedom Ride, Rush, along with four others, took a train from Nashville, Tennessee to Jackson, Mississippi where they were arrested in the Illinois Central terminal on June 9, 1961.
