Biography:
Georgia legislator born October 27, 1927 in Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia. An accountant, Summers represented Crisp County, Georgia in the state House of Representatives from 1957 to 1961, when he resigned to accept the position of Deputy Director of the U.S. Treasury's Savings Bonds Division in Georgia.
